P.Kate Schoenbeck,
is the Owner
of AZ Home Styling & Redesign.
After having a friend ask
her to stage her home and it sold in 28
days, for asking price, she decided to research
whether there was a need for this kind of
specialized service. A Realtor friend said there was
definitely need and wanted to hire
Kate as her
personal stager even before she had any formal
training! And wa-la, “Az Home Styling & Redesign”
was born.
Kate completed her
Redesign and Professional Home Staging training
through Redesigning Interiors, in Arizona. She is a
Certified Interior Redesigner and Home Stager, and a
member of
Redesigner of Interiors, & Staging Expert (R.I.S.E.).
Kate's background includes
25 years of retail management, 10 of that working
for a fortune 500 international furniture & home
décor retailer, visually merchandising their stores.
She has been trained in visual merchandising,
attended company Visual workshops, management
seminars, and company regional meetings. Kate has
teamed up with Realtor Linda Nelson of Century 21
Arizona Foothills, staging all of her listings,
Linda offers Kate’s basic staging package as a
complementary service to all new listings.
A native of Chicago
Illinois, Kate spent twenty-five years
in the Chicago area. After living in many other
states and country’s over the years she relocated to
Arizona, where she has called Mesa her home for the
last ten years.
Kate is a proud affiliate
member of the South East Valley Woman’s Council of Realtors and
the South East Valley Regional Association of
Realtors.
